The ESMN subgroup of Young Researchers and Innovators is known as the Alliance of Early Career Researchers & Innovators in Sexual Health. Our aims are to foster multidisciplinarity and cross-country collaboration among early-career researchers in sexual medicine and health, to increase inclusivity and sustainability in both research and practice of young experts, to influence educational curricula development and integration, as well as to promote dissemination and information exchange on the successes of and opportunities for early-career researchers/innovators.
Young voices are indispensable in strengthening the cooperation of stakeholders in sexuality, sexual medicine and sexual health at the European level and worldwide. We want to be a platform for translating the ideas of early-career researchers into salient project proposals, publications, educational courses and quotidian practice. By having an engaged membership, this Alliance will undoubtedly benefit from a myriad of different perspectives and experiences that can help shape the future of the ESMN and the field as a whole.
