Professional Experience
Vicky Lehmann is a (medical/clinical) psychologist and senior researcher with a unique specialization in psychosocial issues of young adult cancer survivorship, focusing on sexuality, dating, infertility, and fertility preservation. Dr. Lehmann has extensive postdoctoral work experience in the US (2014-2018), and has recently been granted a prestigious Young Investigator Grant from the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF) to further advance her work in the Netherlands.
Dr. Lehmann completed two masters programmes in psychology and sucessfully defended her dissertation entitled”Singlehood and Partnerships among Health People and Childhood Cancer Survivors”in 2014. Ever since, she continued to use her research and clinical insights to develop research questions and projects that consecutively build onto each other.
